Part Time, Evenings, Office Building

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6:30pm-8:30pm

Compensation: $16.00 an hour

Location:

Wyomissing, PA

Type: 1 Large Office Building located in Wyomissing

• Trash removal and dusting, cleaning and re-stocking supplies
• Sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Spot cleaning, polishing, sanitizing and wiping of surfaces
• Restock items in bathrooms, break rooms, offices and conference rooms as necessary
• Specific duties may vary depending on the list of cleaning duties required by each customer

• Ability to work in a team and solo setting efficiently (most positions you will work by yourself)
• Project a professional image while representing KKBS
• Must have good problem-solving and communication skills with management and/or coworkers
• Able to follow simple entry and alarm instructions, as well as follow outlined cleaning instructions/checklists
• Physically capable of bending, lifting (30 lbs), crouching, stooping throughout shift
• Ability to pass a background screening without felonies (or theft)
• Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
