Columbia Cottage in Wyomissing, PA is looking for dedicated Caregivers/CNAs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. In this role you will assist with daily living activities, promote resident well‑being, and foster a safe, nurturing environment. • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well‑being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.З
• Document care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality, person‑centered care.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in caregiving preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.

This caregiving position starts at a competitive wage ڪتاب $17.00/hour, depending on CNA-overlay certification and experience. The following benefits are also provided:
