• Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
• Plan and coordinate a variety of therapeutic and recreational activities to promote cognitive stimulation, physical well-being, and social engagement.
• Collaborate with the care team to understand the individual needs and abilities of each resident and adjust activities accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of residents  participation in activities and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages resident involvement and a sense of community.

• Previous experience working in a senior living environment, specifically with residents in Memory Care.
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer s disease, as well as an understanding of therapeutic approaches to support individuals with memory impairments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging and meaningful activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Activity Director Certified preferred

Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm;
This position has an every other weekend/every other holiday requirement.
