We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dietary Aides to join our dietary team. As a Dietary Aide at Wyomissing Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents and patients are met. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and contributing to a positive and respectful atmosphere.

• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining areas
• Set up and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner
• Interact with residents and patients in a respectful and friendly manner
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure food safety and sanitation
• Collaborate with dietary staff to achieve optimal meal presentation and quality
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and presentation
• Ability to lift, bend, and move objects up to 25 pounds
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
