Wyomissing Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA[I]) to join our skilled in-house therapy team. We offer a supportive environment where your expertise and passion make a real impact on the lives of our residents.

• Help patients achieve their goals by supporting mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Deliver cost-effective, evidence-based treatment to improve movement and quality of life
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Create wellness-focused programs tailored to each patient’s needs
• Encourage and motivate patients to reach their highest potential
• Promote healthy lifestyle habits through therapy interventions
• Monitor progress, communicate results, and document care accurately
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes

• Valid Pennsylvania PTA license
• Associate’s Degree from an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical knowledge and willingness to stay current on best practices
• Ability to connect with patients of varying backgrounds and conditions
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and professional demeanor
