Velekei Giles Financial Advisors is an established financial advisory firm located in Wyomissing, PA. in need of a client service representative. The firm has been in business for over 30 years and has an established client base. The firm specializes in financial planning, investment management and life insurance services using a personalized approach for families and businesses.
Velekei Giles Financial Advisors is currently seeking a dedicated team player with the desire to learn and who is enthusiastic about helping people strive to meet their financial goals. This Client Service Representative position requires a bright, hard working, personable individual with attention to detail, strong follow through, and ability to multi-task on a regular basis.
Position OverviewThis is a professional level position that will support the financial advisors in all facets of client relationships. You will interact with clients, manage client information, generate account paperwork and service forms, handle client service requests, manage work in process, and assist clients with online account access.
You must be able to work independently, manage your time wisely, solve problems and think critically in meeting the needs of client service requests. The client service manager will be training and mentoring you in this position.

- Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge of financial services business
- Previous financial experience is preferred but not required
- Greet visitors and callers with hospitality and assist them however possible
- Interact professionally and confidently in all client communications
- Handle incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments and basic client requests
- Prepare and send client correspondence via email or US mail, and process incoming mail and deliveries
- Manage client information database and electronic file storage
- Complete and review all new account forms
- Interact with investment and insurance companies to establish new accounts and service existing accounts
- Oversee and track all client service, new business, and money movement requests to completion and full follow through
- Communicate with advisors regarding service and new business items
- Assist advisors with meeting preparation however needed
- Maintain office equipment and overall professional office environment
- Order office supplies and other products as needed
- Perform general administrative duties and functions
- Initiate projects that may improve administration of office and clients
- Expand knowledge in Investment accounts and life insurance policies
