Traffic Control Technicians; Flaggers

Traffic Safety Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Flaggers to join our team. The Flaggers will be responsible for directing traffic in and around construction sites to ensure the safety of workers and the public.

• Direct traffic in work zones and construction sites using signals, signs, and hand gestures
• Communicate effectively with equipment operators and other team members to maintain a safe work environment
• Set up and remove temporary work zone signs/equipment as needed
• Follow safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Assist with general labor tasks on the construction site as required

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and under varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 12+ hour shifts
• Monday to Saturday with possible Sundays
• Overtime
• From $17 - $22 an hour

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Flagger Certification - if none, we can set up with test if hired
