Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to onsite personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility location grounds, buildings, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify irregular conditions.;
Monitor access points and controlled areas, checking identification and/or credentials when required, and directing individuals according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from supervision and/or local responders when appropriate.;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs, and communicate pertinent updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
