Ideal for individuals passionate about cooking and eager to gain experience in a professional kitchen, this entry‑level role involves assisting with food preparation and maintaining kitchen operations.

- Assist cooks in the preparation and service of menu items.
- Taste all the food on the line and make sure it is up to specification.
- Check and refill soups and other supplies during service to ensure sufficient supply is on hand.
- Ensure preparation always stays ahead.
- Pick up store room requisitions as required.
- Take and note meal breaks every day.
- Must be flexible and adapt to changes.
- Follow guideline requirement of our E.H.S. as well as proper disposal of oils at night.
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Keep sanitation levels to company standards.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Help other departments when need arise.
- Attend all trainings and classes as assigned or advised by supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor or Senior Management.
You must be committed to superior guest service and quality standards. As a team member of your department you play a key role ensuring the team’s success and achievement of meeting and exceeding our guests’ expectations. Our goal is to receive a minimum of 88% on our guest comment scores.
- Conduct all duties in a friendly, courteous and organized manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area. Keep tables clear of debris and guest areas clean.

- Clean station as needed to ensure all health and sanitation codes are met.
- Clean up on back line.
- Follow the principles of serve safe and participate in safe knife handling training.
- Ensure Serv Safe and HACCP Practices are followed at all times.
- Wear Safety Cut Gloves at all times while using sharp instruments—knives, slicers, etc.
- Usage of Personal Protection Equipment provided by the company.
