Overview

We're looking for an Electrician to join our Natural Resources team based in Manchester.

Location:

Manchester; this is a mobile role with travel involved (company van and fuel card included).

Contract:

Permanent, full time. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • As an Electrician, you'll be working within the IMT/ Ericsson contract, supporting them in repairing and maintaining the telecommunication infrastructure.
  • Perform Electrical Test and Inspection works and undertake fault diagnosis.
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on the infrastructure as part of our reactive and follow up programmes.
  • Carry out surveys and participate in joint site meetings.
  • Contribute towards coaching and mentoring programmes to support and develop our emerging talent.
  • Participate in our emergency standby rota.

Requirements
  • Have previous Electrical experience
  • Level 2 AND Level 3 Diploma, 18th Edition and 2391 Test and Inspection. This must have been gained through an apprenticeship with practical experience
  • Full driving licence
