• Oversee the performance and accuracy of digital agents in handling customer inquiries
• Monitor and improve digital agent interactions by identifying issues and refining workflows
• Collaborate with human agents to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues
• Analyze reports on digital agent performance and customer experience outcomes
• Contribute to maintaining compliance and quality standards across all interaction channels

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment
• Minimum of one year of experience identifying trends and patterns within data
• Hands‑on relevant experience in generative AI, large language models, and/or agentic systems

• Experience with quality monitoring and/or auditing chats or calls
• Familiarity with data analytics and AI‑driven automation
• Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively
• Prior exposure to process improvement and knowledge management
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity about system processes
