You are expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You have specific responsibilities within these areas and are expected to understand them. Responsible for the efficient operation of the bar as well as the quality and consistency of all drinks prepared.
Expected to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly as outlined in TIPS training in accordance with the state laws.

- Stock workplace and assist culinary as needed
- Conduct inventory and inform managers when items are out of stock.
- Maintain a positive and professional rapport with all staff and customers.
- Ensure prompt, accurate service with anticipation and compliance of all guests’ needs.
- Monitor alcohol consumption & behavior of guests to ensure responsible alcohol service. Stops service as necessary.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all beverage and supply storage areas.
- Responsible for maintaining all Beverage equipment in operational order. Report all maintenance concerns to the Maintenance department
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of Sheffields.
- Record all sales on the Point of Sale. Follow company procedures for cash handling check control, and maintaining proper cash bank accountabilities.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and pleasant demeanor.

- Previous bartending experience requested.
- Prior serving experience requested.
- Knowledge of wines and tableside wine service
- TIPS Certified.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work long hours and varied shifts often in a fast paced environment.
- Must have upbeat positive can do attitude.
- Must have organizational skills.
- Must have excellent people and communication skills.
