• Lead, train, and manage a team of production operators.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all products.

• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and resolve production issues promptly.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and scheduling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality control standards.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to motivate, train, and develop a production team.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish), to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
• Experience with automation technologies or industrial robotics.
• Project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
