Executive Director – Before & After School Care
Hours: Full-time 35 hours weekly (primarily afternoons)
Compensation: Based on experience
Reports to: Board of Trustees
Wyoming Before & After School Care is seeking a dedicated Executive Director to lead our childcare program serving elementary-aged children. This role includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling family communication, and ensuring a safe, enriching environment for students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise program staff
- Oversee enrollment and licensing compliance
- Communicate with families and school personnel
- Manage billing and budgets
- Be onsite during after-school hours (2:30–6:00 PM) and flexible in mornings as needed
- Degree in education or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must meet state health and background check requirements
15 PTO days, SERS retirement plan, no health insurance provided
