- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with team members and stakeholders
- 1 year of experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- 1 year of experience in the Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
- Six Sigma certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
