The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal IT Technician to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores, in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. You will be assisted by the Operation Lead to support daily technical operations you are an IT Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, assisting with implementing computing technology associated with applications, data, communications, hardware, and networks, this could be the collaborative team for you.
Pay$17.75 – $20.00 / hour

- Provide maintenance and support for desktops, laptops, and end-user support for hardware and software systems
- Assist in implementing solutions at the operating location, ensuring solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North
- Set up and maintain computer software and hardware, user account and computer configurations for team members
- Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours, as well as during events
- Record, track, and document successful and unsuccessful actions made through the help desk request problem-solving process
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry
- Team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
