Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team
  • Conduct analysis of information from surveys and HR systems to develop recommendations for enterprise programs
  • Collaborate on project tasks and participate in testing of new systems and enhancements
  • Generate reports for operational and performance metrics related to Functional Administration
  • Assist with employee data auditing and compliance reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing HR activities
  • Exceptional analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
