What

You’ll Do
  • Assist in supervising Front Desk operations, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations at all times.
  • Run shifts smoothly, ensuring all checklist items are completed and standards are met.
  • Supervise and support Front Desk staff, making staffing adjustments to meet service levels.
  • Assist in training new associates and cross‑training existing staff.
  • Handle routine associate issues and communicate effectively with management.
  • Conduct daily pre‑shift meetings and perform uniform inspections.
  • Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure staff readiness.
  • Oversee financial accuracy, including cash handling and compliance with credit policies.
  • Promote teamwork, recognize associate successes, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to enhance operations and guest experience.
What You’ll Bring

  • Job knowledge and experience in hospitality (previous supervisory experience preferred).
