WhatYou’ll Do
- Assist in supervising Front Desk operations, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Provide excellent service, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations at all times.
- Run shifts smoothly, ensuring all checklist items are completed and standards are met.
- Supervise and support Front Desk staff, making staffing adjustments to meet service levels.
- Assist in training new associates and cross‑training existing staff.
- Handle routine associate issues and communicate effectively with management.
- Conduct daily pre‑shift meetings and perform uniform inspections.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and ensure staff readiness.
- Oversee financial accuracy, including cash handling and compliance with credit policies.
- Promote teamwork, recognize associate successes, and foster a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to enhance operations and guest experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Job knowledge and experience in hospitality (previous supervisory experience preferred).
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
