• Assist with the oversight, training, recognition and coaching/discipline of employees of the Housekeeping Department with the goal of building a highly engaged and productive team.
• Perform administrative functions of the department, including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, product inventory, ordering, and maintaining training logs.
• Direct the daily work of Housekeeping Inspectors, Housekeepers, Housepersons, and Public Areas Attendants, ensuring maximum efficiency of the department.
• Ensure guestrooms are cleaned in accordance with Vail Resorts/Grand Teton Lodge Company Brand Standards by conducting regular inspections of housekeeper and housekeeping inspector work and retrain as required.
• Schedule housekeeper work daily and ensure efficiency targets are met by regularly reviewing pertinent .
• Oversee the accuracy of the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring housekeepers otherwise updating room statues as required.
• Maintain regular communication with Front Desk and Engineering Adopt to ensure rooms are ready and in service by guest check‑in time.
• Regularly review guest feedback provided through the guest experience survey, Medallia, and work with leadership on plans to adjust service delivery if needed.
• Handle guest cleanliness or housekeeping concerns and communicate any resolution with the Front Office.
• Support department in completing room by guest check‑)) time which may require performing Housekeeping Inspector, Housekeeper, and/or Houseperson job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1‑3 years of supervisory experience
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft
  365
• Familiarity with Property Management System (PMS) platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Detail‑oriented
• Well‑organized
• Comfort in fast‑paced environments.
