- Support F&B Management Initiatives and manage North Grille dining room to ensure smooth lunch and dinner service.
- Participate in training and education of staff to promote enhanced guest experiences.
- Assist with scheduling, supervising, coaching, and providing disciplinary action to all staff.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the F&B Department: menu items, cocktail and beverage service, hours of operation, club events, and service levels.
- Provide hands‑on support: take reservations, greet and seat guests, answer calls, run food, bus tables, manage POS issues, and assist bartenders.
- Enforce proper service etiquette: maintain urgency, avoid table stacking, keep water full, greet promptly, and respond to guest needs in a friendly manner.
- Monitor inventory and assist with monthly inventory, maintain clean and organized working areas.
- Provide feedback to F&B Director and Executive Chef: relay guest comments, service issues, improvement ideas, and incidents.
- Conduct daily shift meetings to engage staff, communicate reservations and special requests.
- Demonstrate respect and professionalism: maintain positive relationships and clear communication across departments.
- Assist banquet manager with post‑event clean‑up and storage of banquet items.
- 3+ years of F&B experience preferred
- Training experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- TIPS Certification
- Previous POS use/training (programming experience preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- End‑of‑day cash close‑out experience
- Ability to work long hours and varied shifts
- Knowledge in wine and beverage service
- Passion for guest service
- Positive conflict resolution ability
- Calm demeanor in high‑intensity situations
- Efficient multi‑tasking ability
