Overview

• Lead the design, development, execution, dissemination, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses and reports
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure actionable analytics
• Serve as a strategic business partner by providing thought leadership and subject matter expertise
• Provide mentorship in consultative, technical, and business expertise to colleagues across the enterprise
• Manage projects efficiently and effectively to successful completion

• Master s Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 7 years of experience leading the design, execution, and dissemination of clinical and population health reporting and analyses
• 7 years of experience with coding languages, analytical software, and processes using claims, clinical, enrollment, and provider data
• 5 years of project leadership experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• 5 years of providing analytical consultation to various stakeholders

• Doctorate in Medicine, Public Health, Nursing, Economics, Health Sciences, Informatics, Biostatistics, Statistics, Epidemiology, Pharmacy, or a related field
