Full-Time Pharmacy Retail Manager at Chemist Outlet Wyoming

• Assist customers with general pharmacy inquiries.
• Support the dispensary with scripts in/out.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.
• Handle merchandising and multi-task across various pharmacy areas.
• Train and mentor team members.

• Prior pharmacy experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems (MINFOS software experience is advantageous).
• Understanding of loyalty programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and professional health advice.
