A well-established industrial manufacturing operation is seeking a hands-on Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor to report directly to the Vice President of Operations
.
This is a high-visibility leadership role within a stable, process-driven facility. We are looking for a motivated leader who enjoys working hard, solving complex problems, and driving plant performance from the floor — not from behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of electrical and instrumentation technicians
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and automation issues
- Oversee PLC systems, SCADA, and plant control networks
- Maintain and improve 480V 3-phase motor control systems and MCCs
- Manage VFDs, control loops, and instrumentation calibration
- Ensure reliability, safety, and minimal downtime
- Partner closely with Operations and Engineering leadership
- Strong experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred), industrial automation, and control systems
- Deep knowledge of 480V motor controls, VFDs, and MCCs
- Experience with instrumentation and 4-20mA transmitters (flow, pressure, temperature, level, etc.)
- Background in industrial environments such as mining, oil & gas, chemical processing, power generation, cement, ethanol, or heavy manufacturing
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Hands-on, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
