Sr. Presales Engineer

Overview

• Oversee presales opportunities and manage complex project stages from scope definition to closure
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions for public safety customers
• Design and analyze radio coverage, calculate power and networking requirements
• Participate in proposal reviews, contract negotiations, and deliver presentations to clients
• Develop implementation approaches and service plans to meet competitive project goals

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred, with emphasis in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in sales engineering and/or solutions architecture
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures
• Proficiency in IP networking architecture, protocols, and security
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively

• Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) coverage predictions and traffic/capacity modeling
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and think creatively to solve problems
• Attention to detail and a commitment to flawless execution
