• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Availability for flexible work schedules, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems proactively.

• A degree in a related discipline or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 work environment.
