UPDATED 1/8/2026 Lovell is located at the base of the Big Horn mountains so anyone that loves the outdoors would enjoy it here. Lots of fishing, camping, hiking, boating, 4 wheeling… They are also about 2 hours from Yellowstone and 45 minutes from Cody, WY which in the summer months is a huge tourist town, also has the closest Walmart. Billings, MT is 90 miles from them.

MUST START DFS CENTRAL REGISTRY CHECK UPON SIGNATURE. IT ADDS 12-20 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE FILE. • # beds 84 Beds
• Average census- 50-60
• Two-story building with a total of 4 units, including Alzheimer's, COVID and General
• Certs BLS
• Ratios o Day 1:15-20 o Nights: 1:30-35
• EMR Cerner
• Nurse Aides available- 1:8-12 ratios
• Every other weekend
• Any color scrubs
• Pharmacy Med Carts with Bubble Packs
• Shifts- 12 hours, 7-7
• Floor specific orientation- 2 shifts or until comfortable
• 1 Year of LTC Experience Required
• Cerner experience preferred, not required
• Efficient with large medication passes and strong communication skills to work with residents, families and team well"
• They have a designated COVID Unit
• No PPE issues, currently spray and reuse N95's, given a clean N95 at start of each shift
