• We are currently seeking an experienced delivery driver to join our team.

We offer a flexible work schedule, with a minimum requirement of 20 hours per week, and the potential to schedule up to 40 hours through collaboration.

• Weekly Pay: Get paid every Wednesday via direct deposit.

• Work Variety: If you are interested in exceeding 20 hours per week, the extra hours involve assisting our skilled mill workers and cabinet makers in the shop.

• Early Start: Your day begins at 6:00 AM, with most of your truck already pre-loaded from the previous day.
• Manageable Routes: Drivers typically deliver to just 1–3 site locations per day.
• Carefully Handled Freight: You will deliver and unload custom, blanket-wrapped architectural millwork.
• Note: This is not heavy palletized freight or high-volume unloading; products are handled with care.

  After your route, you will join the warehouse team to help pre-load trucks for the next day.

• Navigation Expertise: Expertly navigate diverse routes throughout the greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a straight truck (24 feet, under 26,001 lbs.) or other company vehicles in a lawful manner.
• Planning & Loading: Efficiently loading, secure (using blanket wrap), and unloading trucks at various customer locations (via loading docks or lift gates).
• Customer Service : Ensure all deliveries are accurate, on time, and represent superior customer service.
• Independent Functioning: Take considerable responsibility to function independently and manage the delivery process from start to finish.
• Vehicle Management: Maintain responsibility for the vehicle, its contents, and timely refueling.
• Requirements: Must possess a clean driving record (MVR) and a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Pay Range: $20 to $25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
