1st Shift Warehouse Order Picker

Pay: Starting at $20.90/hour

• Plus, earn two pay raises in your first year

Sunday-Thursday (shift end will vary based on workload)

• Sun 6:00 start
• Mon 6:30 start
• Tues 8:00 start
• Wed 6:30 start
• Thurs 6:30 start

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers. Our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and you’ll work in our freezer. No prior experience is required—we train you with our dedicated training team. Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency—the better you perform, the more you earn.

On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary.
