• Deliver patient snacks and meals to patient units in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure correct location and delivery time window.
• Maintain highest quality of service from kitchen to patient unit.
• Follow safety best practices while loading or unloading.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Problem‑solve and think on your feet.
• Work independently and unsupervised.
• Communicate effectively; ask questions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Follow hospital safety policies on the road and during loading/unloading.
• Adhere to food safety regulations for sanitation, handling, and storage.
• Strong problem‑solving ability.
• Independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods; uniform/PPE may be required.

• Apply knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks.
• Learn and apply new information and methods quickly.
• Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications.
• Handle routine assignments with problem resolution.
• Follow standard operating procedures and scientific methods.
• Adhere to quality guidelines.
• Refer complex problems to supervisor.
• Maintain high organization and attention to detail.
• Provide strong customer service and communication.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $18
