Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 USD per hour

A Style Consultant is passionate about strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience, that brings the energy of style to life with compelling in-store presentations that enable quick and easy self-discovery.

As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales and delivering a guest ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, & use to solve & support guest needs.
• Sorting truck freight, pushing freight to the salesfloor, and locating merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Setting visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintaining product availability and a full floorpad by executing priority fills, manual fills, & merchandising to capacity to create a guest ready floorpad.
• Executing & maintaining backroom organization, inclusive of locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, & guest requests.
• Remerchandising presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for our guest.
• Supporting price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, inclusive of signing execution.
• Maintaining and using the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Supporting fulfillment and guest’s needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Always demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Working in a safe manner at all times; complying with all safety policies, best practices, and training; reporting hazards and correcting where possible.
• Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintaining a compliance culture while executing those duties.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames
