Salary Range: $47,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, including welders, grinders, and torches.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and clamping.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and regulations during welding operations.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to project requirements.

• Proven experience with common welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) in a manufacturing setting.
• AWS certification (e.g., D1.1) or demonstrated ability to pass a weld qualification test.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, welding symbols, and understanding material specifications.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and producing high-quality, defect-free welds.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, and working in various positions.

• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment
• Basic fabrication experience (cutting, grinding, drilling, layout)
• Proficiency with quality inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) and visual inspection techniques
• Advanced blueprint reading and interpretation skills
