Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
• Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology for managing rentals and inventory
• Clean and inspect rental equipment, including checking fluid levels
• Prepare rental invoices and manage equipment returns
• Participate in ongoing education and training through U-Haul University

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Willingness to follow safety precautions while working around moving parts or machines
• Availability for scheduled work shifts

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
• Familiarity with U-Haul products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
