PA​/NP - Family Medicine - Grand Rapids, MI

Overview

West Pavilion Primary Care is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their busy practice caring for patients of all ages. The team includes Family and Internal Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a supportive staff. The office offers extended hours and a flexible schedule; lab, urgent care, and imaging are located within the building.

• Provide patient care as part of the medical group, supporting a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, APPs, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.

Nurse Practitioner:

• Required Master’s Degree in Nursing. Evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s, or doctoral program from a Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (for applicants educated after 2000).
• 3 years of relevant clinical experience; experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner.
• LIC-Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan.
• CRT-BLS, CRT-NRP, CRT-PALS.

Physician Assistant:

• Required Master’s Degree. Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program.
• LIC-Physician Assistant in the State of Michigan.
• CRT-PA-C (NCCPA) and CRT-BLS, CRT-PALS, CRT-NRP.
