Focus Clinic is seeking a warm, organized, and tech-savvy Receptionist to serve as the welcoming face of our clinic. In this vital front‑desk role, you’ll help ensure that every child and parent feels valued, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Greet and check in patients and families with warmth, patience, and professionalism
• Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage appointment scheduling
• Collect and verify patient forms, insurance information, and payments
• Maintain a calm and organized front desk environment, even during busy times
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care
• Manage confidential information in full compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
• Assist with administrative projects and daily operational tasks as needed

• Prior experience in a front-desk or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with computer systems, including electronic health records (EHR)
• Calm, compassionate, and professional demeanor when interacting with children and families
