You'd Be a Fit If You- Have a growth mindset—you're building, not coasting
- Generate your own business and want leverage to scale it
- Have the heart of a teacher—you educate clients, not just sell
- Value coaching, collaboration, and accountability
- Build through relationships, not just transactions
- Active NMLS license
- 2+ years of self-generated origination experience
- Knowledge of loan programs and structuring
- Coachable and hungry to grow
- Serve families with consultative guidance—helping them understand options and make confident decisions
- Build referral relationships with realtors, financial advisors, and other partners
- Manage your pipeline while Ops handles the heavy lifting
- Participate in weekly L10s, 1x1 coaching, and team collaboration
