- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, advanced practice providers) to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct and participate in clinical research to advance malignant hematology.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging therapies and clinical trial opportunities.
- Educate and mentor medical students and residents.
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and guidance throughout treatment.
- Participate in tumor board meetings and provide expert consultation to other healthcare providers.
