We're currently looking for a Service Advisor who shares our passion and can help connect our customers with top-tier service and support.
Position SummaryAs a Service Advisor
, you'll be the key point of contact between our customers and our service department. You'll ensure every customer receives accurate, honest, and timely communication while coordinating with our technicians to provide efficient and high-quality repairs and maintenance.
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair/service requests
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service work
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and manage repair workflow
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles
- Upsell recommended maintenance and accessories where appropriate
- Handle warranty claims and work with OEM systems as needed
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper invoicing
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction from drop-off to pick-up
- 2+ years prior experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in powersports, automotive, or similar industries
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge and passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other powersports vehicles
- Familiarity with repair order software (e.g., DX1, Lightspeed, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Additional technical or sales training is a plus
- Valid driver's license
