We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Staffing / Scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling staff members to ensure adequate coverage for various shifts. You will work closely with the clinical department managers to understand staffing needs and make adjustments as necessary.

• Develop and maintain staff schedules based on department needs
• Communicate with staff members to confirm availability and schedule changes
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure proper coverage at all times
• Coordinate with department managers to address staffing issues and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of staff schedules and availability

• Previous experience in staffing or scheduling preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software, Paycor and ADP.
