- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and standard business applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory
- Install and configure software, drivers, and updates
- Support email systems such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365
- Provide support for VPN, remote access, and network connectivity
- Handle IT asset management and maintain inventory records
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Provide remote and onsite support to users
- Log and track incidents using ticketing systems (Service Now, Jira, etc.)
- Follow IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines
