The Houseperson is expected to adhere to the company’s mission, vision, and value statements. Be knowledgeable of the company’s management systems, policies, and initiatives for Hospitality, Environmental, and Health and Safety. You will be responsible for keeping housekeeping storage areas clean, stocked, and organized every day. You will respond to housekeeping and guest requests calls in a timely manner. You are also here to enjoy the work and the mountain environment.

• Support housekeeping staff by ensuring supplies are available to perform their duties.
• Deliver supplies to the appropriate location; operate a golf cart safely.
• Keep housekeeping storage closets neat and orderly.
• Deliver large loads of linen and supplies and maintain high organization by returning items after delivery.
• Remove dirty linen, trash, and recycling as needed.
• Respond to calls from the housekeeping office and front desk.
• Hours and shifts vary with weather and occupancy levels.
• Deliver rollaways to cabins.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous hotel/hospitality experience – Preferred
• Must be able to work outside in all conditions – Required
• Strong communication skills – Required
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude – Required
• Valid Driver’s License – Preferred
