Assistant Laundry Manager – Vail Resorts

We are looking for an Assistant Laundry Manager to join our team. The role involves supervising all laundry personnel, maintaining policies and procedures, and managing linen inventory across housekeeping, F&B, and other operations.

• Perform all laundry operational tasks.

• Control linen inventories to minimize loss.
• Ensure proper levels in all housekeeping and food & beverage areas.
• Compare schedules, duty staffing and time cards, correct discrepancies.
• Assign laundry personnel to workstation workflow.
• Ensure linen orders are complete and dispatch trucks at proper times.
• Assume laundry manager’s duties in their absence.
• Perform all laundry positions as needed.
• Prepare all laundry machinery for operation before crew arrival.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least one year as floor supervisor or production manager in a 400-room property or larger.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of care and preventive maintenance for commercial laundry machinery.
