The Intermediate Cook (Baker/Pastry) is responsible for the opening, setting up, running, and closing of the bakery, ensuring safety and cleanliness to brand standards. This position prepares all baked and pastry goods to the specification of the chef, following standard recipes at all times.

• 1 year minimum pastry and baking experience
• Strong culinary and knife skills
• Knowledge of different breads, doughs, and pastries>
• Ability to lift and carry 40+ lbs

• Knowledge of different culinary trends
• Culinary degree or certificate, or equivalent work experience
• High volume baking and pastry
