• Evolve patient treatment plans and goals, including discharge planning.
• Maintain assessment documentation, evaluate plan effectiveness and modify as needed.
• Provide interprofessional communication at team and family conferences.
• Teach and precept therapy assistants, students, and colleagues.
• Apply current therapy techniques and keep knowledge current through continuing education.
• Ensure appropriate use of therapy devices and safety standards.
• Assume patient assignment and problem solving in absence of Department Head.
• Participate in HIPAA training and uphold privacy rules.
• Perform additional duties as required by evolving practice.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensed in Wyoming or eligible for licensure.
• Certified in CPR.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑based environments.
