We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical Manager to lead and manage our electrical team. In this role, you will oversee electrical projects, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain safety across all operations. • Lead and manage the electrical team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery.
• Monitor and maintain quality control procedures, conducting inspections to ensure that electrical work meets both client specifications and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, assisting with problem‑solving and training.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Manager or in a senior electrical engineering role.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
