We are seeking an experienced Urologist to partner with a critical access hospital in Wyoming offering an exceptional work/life balance while making a meaningful impact.

This is the ideal role for a physician who enjoys traveling to help rural patients receive the care they deserve, while living wherever you choose.

  Schedule:
  
  Approximately 8 days per month
  , Monday-Friday no weekends + no call
• Full-Time Pay:
  Uncapped production-based compensation
• Guaranteed 30 wRVUs/day + wRVU bonus model
• All travel coordinated and paid by InReach Health
• Da Vinci Robot available on-site
• 1099 contract (1-year agreement; strong preference for 3-5 year commitment)
• Flexibility to live anywhere ideally Midwest or Southwest for travel ease
• Immediate interview turnaround (within 2 days of submittal)

• Mix of clinic and surgical cases
• Access to specialty support
• Bread & butter general urology procedures
• Critical access hospital setting
• No telemedicine required

• MD or DO
• 5+ years of practice experience required (most recent grads accepted: 2020)
• Board Certified strongly preferred
• U.S.
  
  -based Visas not supported
• Compact License (IMLC) preferred but not required
• Physicians must be proactive with credentialing and maintain a consistent schedule
