• Supervise and ensure the safety of children ages 4-9 in the Lil  Wrangler program.
• Provide a positive, fun, and engaging environment for children.
• Maintain the Lil  Wrangler yurt and keep equipment, including fishing gear, archery, and crafts, organized.
• Prepare meals and snacks for children and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• Assist with transporting supplies to various ranch venues using a ranch vehicle or ranger.
• Interact with parents in a professional and polite manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned to enhance operations and guest experience.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities with both children and parents.
• A commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude.
• A caring, compassionate attitude and a passion for working with children.
• CPR certification (required).
• A valid driver’s license.
