Paradigm New Media Group, a Midwest-based digital marketing/web agency, is seeking a Business Development Manager to help us scale nationally. We specialize in custom websites, branding, web apps and digital campaigns for businesses that want to stand out—and we’re ready to grow.

What You’ll Do:

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base across the U.S. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads and building long‑term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, identify and secure new business opportunities nationally.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to target ideal clients (agencies, startups, SMBs, etc.).
  • Pitch our web design, development and digital marketing services with confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners.
  • Collaborate with our creative and development teams to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Develop a robust prospect pipeline of 30, 60, 90 days.
Who You Are:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or an agency setting (preferred).
  • Knowledge of digital/web agency services (web design, UX/UI, development, SEO, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working independently.
  • Midwest‑based (or familiar with the region) but ready to think and act nationally.
