• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F or higher.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.

• Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

• Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position on surfaces such as ceramic tile, bricks, linoleum. Height of work surfaces between 36″ and 48″.
• Walking – for short distances and durations; delivery personnel travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Sitting – paperwork typically completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting – bulk product deliveries involve lifting up to 50 lb cases, stacking onto shelves up to 72 in. high. Hand truck used for unloading.
• Carrying – large cans (~3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of pizza dough (~12 lb each, carried three at a time).
• Pushing – moving trays on dollies (24–30 in. across, require up to 7.5 lb force). Trays may be pulled.
• Climbing – occasional navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may involve five or more flights.
• Stooping/Bending – forward bending at the waist, 30–45 s, repeated during the day; some tasks require no knee flexion.
• Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
• Reaching – continuous reaching up and down, sometimes above 72 in., or down to scoop cornmeal, wash dishes, answer phones, or obtain topping ingredients.
• Driving – deliver pizzas within the designated area, often multiple per shift, including flyers and door hangers.
• Use of tools – pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
