A day in the life of a Seasonal Client Service Representative involves making meaningful connections and providing exceptional service that resonates with our clients. As you assist individuals in navigating their financial decisions, you will build lasting relationships, ensuring repeat visits year after year.
Here's what we’re looking for:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility in work schedule and willingness to work across various locations
- Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
What you will contribute:
- Offering a warm greeting and assisting clients over the phone and in-person
- Matching clients with the ideal tax professional to suit their needs
- Accommodating client scheduling preferences
- Ensuring all client needs are met during their service experience, whether in person, via phone, or virtually
- Maintaining office organization and cleanliness in partnership with team members
- Performing other related duties as assigned
Your qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is essential
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
