Arisa Health is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience in a community mental health or healthcare organization. Arisa is currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for Mental Health Professionals and a $3,000 sign on bonus for independently licensed Mental Health Professionals.

Position may require working from another clinic, face to face and/or tele-health.
Outpatient Treatment: Our professional staff members bring lives into focus by helping people manage their problems and concerns through such services as individual and group therapy, psychiatric assessment, medication management, marriage and family counseling, substance abuse treatment and pain management. This position is at our offices in Wynne.
Job Duties/Responsibilities (Scope of Practice):
- Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and perform individual, family conjoint and group therapy services
- Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information
- Provide counseling and appraisal services to individuals or groups designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team
